As you expressed some concerns in your review, we wanted to take a minute to provide some responses: • “get paid extremely low” Our salaries are based on market-competitive rates. We are growing and hiring, and in constant communication with candidates and recruiters about market competitive rates. Even in the midst of a pandemic we continue to hire, promote from within, create positions, approve wage increases and fund bonuses. In addition to standard benefits, our employees can qualify for Profit Sharing, Safe Harbor and Cash Basis bonuses that amount to 8% of an employee's annual salary. Since the inception of these bonus programs (avail to all FTE's), TRAFFIK has funded over $2 million dollars in employee incentive bonuses alone - not including over 30+ new bonuses that were approved for payout on January 1, 2021. • “They are too busy pushing for more business” TRAFFIK is proud of the successes we create for our clients and the growth they bring. Any business which is not growing is dying. Our growth allows us to expand our team, promote people into new roles, and serve our clients better. • “Even during the pandemic, not all of the employees got to work from home for the longest time. Pretty much everyone had to be in the office until everyone complained enough and voiced their concerns.” We take the health and safety of every team member seriously. TRAFFIK was one of the first American companies to have employees work from home in response to the pandemic, BEFORE the California governor began to create guidelines in March 2020. We have now returned to the office, and all of our movements during the pandemic have followed all Government guidelines and in many cases been more cautious than the guidelines require, including temperature checks, room capacities, mask policies, new air filtration systems, multiple daily office cleanings and more. • “Don't listen to any of the positive reviews, they are written by their copywriters because they were told to do so just to boost the ratings.” TRAFFIK has never required or assigned any employee to leave a review on Glassdoor.
