Timelines shifting rapidly beyond industry norms, unclear guidance by senior leadership, and passing blame onto other parties to avoid accountability creates an incredibly toxic work environment. HR drives a surface-level culture which, while promotes employee engagement initiatives, also creates an environment that keeps employees silenced.
