Positive reviews are padded, if the company was so great why so much turnover! Check out other networking sites, see how many former employees they have and tenure, do your research before going there check their references like they check yours!
Cons
They pick and choose who gets benefits...is that legal? hope there is never an audit! Part-time employees worked full-time hours so not benefits worked 32-40 hours minimum and overtime often. 2 plus years and never offered 401k, health insurance. have you ever heard of shadowing... how do you have someone come in and work in the field and not pay them for their time? Isn't that a liability?
