Pros

Good place to get experience if you have little Small company has a more personal feel

Cons

There seem to be the "chosen" people who get benefits and fast-tracked through the company, and others get put on the back burner. Full-time is dangled in front of employees' faces like a carrot on a string - they tell you "it can be as little as 90 days" when you start, but it's total malarkey. I've seen it take over a year for someone to even be considered for full-time, and others have been there over 2 years and still are paid marginally better than what they were when they started. It's common for employees to be worked an annual average of 35+ hours per week and still be considered part-time, which means no paid vacation, no grievance or sick leave, and no health insurance. Full-time, for the chosen employees, grants them all of that. Is that legal? No idea. But it's really shady, considering most places will put you at full-time if you work more than 35 hours per week average. Getting asked by friends and family if you're full-time yet gets really old after 6 months, let alone 2 years. The pay-rate is wildly made up and doesn't reflect one's experience at all or qualifications at all. Some will start at around $11-14 per hour, while the Chosen Ones started at $20+. Someone with multiple internships can make less than someone with less experience and fresh out of college. The culture of nepotism at the company practically runs the place; you can't spell nepotism without TSi. People are hired more because they're family more than they're hired based on qualifications or experience. Some of the most valuable employees will be fired for no reason, like a guy with cancer being fired via FedEx the day before his medical insurance renewed; an employee who had worked for 17 years, had 6 kids, and was fired without warning on a Friday. This kind of atmosphere leaves employees in fear of, rather than respect for, the president of the company. The turnover rate is abysmal. I can count on less than two hands the people there currently who were there when I started. Why is it so bad? Long hours. Low pay. Low compensation. Poor benefits.

Pros

Positive reviews are padded, if the company was so great why so much turnover! Check out other networking sites, see how many former employees they have and tenure, do your research before going there check their references like they check yours!

Cons

They pick and choose who gets benefits...is that legal? hope there is never an audit! Part-time employees worked full-time hours so not benefits worked 32-40 hours minimum and overtime often. 2 plus years and never offered 401k, health insurance. have you ever heard of shadowing... how do you have someone come in and work in the field and not pay them for their time? Isn't that a liability?

Pros

The people there were decently nice, and projects were mostly local.

Cons

Field partners were frequently drunk/high on projects. We were not given hotel rooms, but rather a daily stipend of $80 (for hotel and food), which forced field workers to share hotel rooms. I am a woman who was forced to share a hotel room with two other guys (who were doing drugs in the room), or fork out $100 out of my own pocket. Management didn't seem bothered by this, and forced me back into the field with those coworkers. There didn't seem to be any growth opportunities. Management clearly had a drinking problem, and we would find alcohol bottles all over the office. Sketchy practices overall. Many of the documents had the wrong address or company name, and we were told not to update the forms. Pay was VERY low compared to other companies in the area.
