Great teamwork environment with a lot of flexibility!

We spend a lot of time learning, which takes time away from production, but in all, happy to have a place to learn and grow.

I've been in sales and recruitment for over 10 years and I had no healthcare recruitment experience and she gave me a chance to learn. I learned everything about the Healthcare recruitment from the CEO and now i am one of her top producers. She has built a great company and she takes great pride in building professional, strong and ethical client and candidate relationships (it's instilled in my head, it's all about relationships and doing business ethnically). The team my CEO has created is hard working, collaborators with a family like environment. My CEO continues to mentor me every day and it feels good to go to work daily with a smile.

No cafeteria on the premises, and the freshman 15 because of all the goodies everyone brings from the CEO to the staff.
