      Pros

      Plenty of parking, easy location, casual dress. Some really nice people work there for a while and don't care what boss says or thinks about them.

      Cons

      Everything else. Unfair pay practices. Verbally abusive CEO who shows little respect to those who work so hard for her.

      Micromanaging CEO and No Work Life Balance

      Pros

      Fellow recruiters were supportive and helpful

      Cons

      CEO is verbally abusive, calls people out in front of others. I have a child with a brain tumor and was told I could not make doctors appts during work hours. Let go the day after I told her a hospital was going to offer my candidate $500K a year. Guess she wanted to keep all the commission.

Regarding your feedback on leadership, it is always a goal within executive leadership to provide an encouraging and understanding environment. There are times when this type of environment does not suit or appeal to each new hire. We promote a friendly, relaxed environment, with appropriate breaks , where employees are recommended to handle personal matters, go on walks with the team to get a breathe of fresh air or to have team lunches.       Pros

      A paycheck is a great means to an end. If you have bills to pay, consider it. Regular hours. No dress code.

      Cons

      The owner sits in the middle of an open workspace and micromanages. Type A work place and unstable. High turnover. Got a job here looking to work for one of their postings. Can’t see it being a good fit for anyone who doesn’t already work here.
