Regarding your feedback on leadership, it is always a goal within executive leadership to provide an encouraging and understanding environment. There are times when this type of environment does not suit or appeal to each new hire. We promote a friendly, relaxed environment, with appropriate breaks , where employees are recommended to handle personal matters, go on walks with the team to get a breathe of fresh air or to have team lunches.
