*Not a lot of opportunity for growth or development despite being sold that *Your 9 to 10 hour work day comes first, always *Ego tends to take precedence over good business decisions *No benefits and v. poor compensation despite level of education and experience *Good ideas and innovations tend to fall on deaf ears
