Pros
Free parking, creative industry, talented coworkers.
Cons
Where to begin. First off, this company does not value its employees at all. From low salaries, zero benefits and at times unsafe working conditions, staff are constantly berated, ignored and spoken to inappropriately. No surprise that turnover is swift. The management team has limited prior experience and constantly chops and changes, with no strategy whatsoever. New staff are often hired without an understanding of what is required within the team, leading to a spate of early firings and resignations. In addition, a business that touts its support for emerging artists is merely a front for profiteering rather than genuinely investing in creative talent, as per their mission. Artists constantly miss out on opportunities due to overblown profit margins plucked out of thin air as well as a lack of foresight and planning. If you are looking to build a career and relationships in the art industry, I suggest you look elsewhere.
