Onsite opportunities are purely luck not at all based on performance No development work at all. 80% of the projects in TCS are support and enhancements. You will learn nothing in TCS RMG treats you like slaves and no respect for senior employees. If you are fresher they will kick you out. RMG plays games with your career and skills.
