      Work from home with flexible schedule

      Cons

      I bombed the interview but was hired because Company hires bodies to answer angry calls. Training was non-existent and completely on your own. I did not have recent tax experience and was not able to do returns - I was expecting some training on the system and taxes. Training focused on answering angry calls which is not what I signed up for. System was not as user friendly as a competitor.

      Pros

      - Swift interview and onboarding process - Supportive employees and team culture - 401k match up to 4% - Health, Dental, Eye, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, HSA, and Life Insurance - A lot of other benefits to take advantage of like DoorPass from DoorDash and retail discounts. - Employee rewards system to receive points - Plenty of remote positions - Flexible schedule - Can work overtime - Company-approved reimbursed expenditures - Encourages continued learning and offers free resources - Mentorship program available

      Cons

      - Tax season can be draining - Pay could definitely be better, but you can still make a decent living
