Pros
Company is a new age and always focusing on emerging technology. Company usually provides Udemy access and few other learning portal access to improve your knowledge. No competation for getting good rating.
Cons
As I mentioned in pros : No competation for getting good rating. because there is hardly 0.2 -0.3% difference between best rating and average rating . Company also recently announced to cut variable pay for employee not completing 3 days/ week in work from office. appraisal is hard to get. We have received rating 5 months ago and still have not received increment letter.
