      No pros. If you want to sit idle then this is ur company

      Cons

      Lots of cons. Lots of politics. After joining this company definitely your skills will reduced. No improvement in your career. Hike is very very low. You have to serve 90 days of notice period even though you have been released from the project. They will put you in bench for 4 - 5 months. They will block you for particular IBU and you won't allowed to apply other projects which is suitable your skills. They will not respond your mail while you are in notice period. Max project are support projects.

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
