      Lots of scope to learn for willing people Work life Balance is OK flexible timings Onsite opportunities are there but need good managers Good Teammates Plenty of time to learn new technologies as no work as many in bench

      Lack of transparency in the management Work Politics Favoritism No/less hikes and horrible timelines & appraisals no growth no promotions worst Resource &Technical Management Group as no idea for which project they are hiring & then force to learn new tech/domain to survive Mental Harassment from PM specially P1, P2, E1 bands & HRs

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
