Pros
Good work balance life depends on your project and manager. Heavy politics but still able to manage. Good office environment with go green concept. I was for 2 years really good place to work
Cons
Office is very far from city travelling itself will take huge time. Variable pay will cut from next day once you move to bench. RMG team is not active to refer correct position for correct candidate. No hikes. clocking hours 9 hrs attendance in office. On cafeteria no proper food everything costly.
