      1. Great people culture 2. Diverse opportunities 3. Great cultural events 4. Onsite opportunities on basis of projection of work and team status 5. Limited team politics. Work and deliverables are more important You grow if you work hard and gain management's confidence.

      Cons

      1. Less or no hikes 2. Firing happens baselessly to meet numbers in time of crunch 3. Work allocation is too high to work only 9 hours a day. 4. no work-life balance as all. 5. no helping or beneficial HR policies

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
