Pros
The work is broken down into small pieces so that one person does not feel the full load but I guess this is with every IT company.
Cons
1,Tech Mahindra does not have projects still it keeps on people on bench and they keep on feeling the pressure. 2. Major customer is BT and it is in theprocess of taking out the business Now, the manpower which was recruited for BT projects suddenly does not have much work. The whole telecom industry is down does not help much. 3.The middle level managment is too arogant.
