      Working in this firm since few months only so,not aware of any of them yet.

      Cons

      As per my Experience, Many but will surely provide few. 1. Lack of Higher management to recognize actual Talent from Employees. 2. Management only considering about the Client's Account. No concerns about the Employees working in Client Place. 3. Not considering the Employee interest of Work and Experience. 4. Laterals like me join this firm with some expectations and none of them fulfills (neither Technical nor Personal). etc etc etc......

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
