Great if you know how to grab that bag of opportunities. As an organization with not so well-defined hierarchical structure it comes as a boon for many. You get a considerable degree of freedom to do your bit that will benefit the project and by extension the organization. And when you grab that opportunity it's quite challenging but also a lot of fun. You might be representing the organization in the client meetings for their next marketing campaign and forecasting the impacts or suggesting solutions for some of their pressing issues and what not

Pathetic Managers. They become managers just by their experience not by their skills or degree(MBA)
