Pros
Variable component is less compared to other service companies like infy, CTS Indoor games, gym, tennis courts, even though they deduct some amount from your salary every month for every amenity you subscribe, it's well maintained and much needed
Cons
Very unprofessional company. People with out proper degree or professional ethics work there. Most of my colleagues were diploma, arts and science degree holders. Managers are not consistent and stable, they often lacks many skills. Delivery head was incapable, anyhow she moved to some other organisation now. Hike? No one ever heard about it.
