There is no advantage working here.

This company will find a dumbfounded reason to lay you off. They are the type that can lay you off for going on maternity leave. They will give a lame excuse that you have been on bench for months and you have not been able to secure a project. They run the Canada Office as if they are in India and try to find loop holes in the employment laws to release you from work. They don't value their employees. No Salary increase and if there is any, it is just 1%. I am not joking
