Cons
The largest Internet Service Provider of USA is the worst process they have. Client wants sales and the management shout names in the working area if employees get any negative surveys. Worst politics. The made OT mandatory and people even work for 7 days just for the pressure and to earn OT. The managers order parties from employees if they get any incentives and if the employees do not give it, people who give parties take the promotions and extra OTs and Incentives with false ratings. Client is also worst. They know what is happening is totally wrong. But to increase their sales, the client just put much and much pressure for false sales to increase their productivity. They force employees for sales even if it is not needed for customers. NIGHT MARE IN MANY PEOPLES LIVES. BUT, THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY CHOICE THAN WORKING FOR MONEY.
