Pros
More Timing Flexibility and WFH
Cons
The management does not show proper respect towards employees. There is no visible growth path and very limited project opportunities. Even if you demonstrate your skills with clients and perform well in projects, promotions and decent salary hikes are extremely difficult to achieve. The pay is significantly lower compared to industry standards. For example, if you are earning ₹11 LPA, they negotiate hard with new hires and may only offer around a 10% increase, which is minimal. In the past two years, no salary hikes were given. On 24th November last year, they provided just an ₹18K CTC hike for someone earning ₹11 LPA, which is very common for all employees. Ironically, while salaries stagnate, costs such as the monthly bus fare increase by roughly 16% every year.
