      Allows you to take banking holidays Excellent team work, supportive co-workers and manegers

      Cons

      Client here is to much controlling, they thing being a salary payer they can handle all the things for an individual, to much micro management, client keep watch on you brunch and lunch timings tea breaks and also scolds employee for not completing 9 hrs on the floor, where on the other side they do not care about one's family issue or the healthy issue. Client is to hectic for this project.

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
