Pros
The location is really nice. The job is relatively easy... In the beginning. Most of the employees are really nice. There is a wide variety of background of people who work there. You will get a good introduction on working in a call center.
Cons
The job is really stressful. You take a high volume of calls from various different companies. The training is not all that great as I learned a lot of things on-the-go and taught myself a lot of what I'm currently doing. You also will get marked down for things beyond your control. The point system is confusing. Although a lot of the supervisors are nice, they are not really helpful when you have questions regarding accounts. Communication with this company amongst employees to supervisors is not great. There is also a lot of gossip going around which ruins company culture. It also does not allow for too much time to do things outside of work. I work 30+ hours a week and still haven't received any benefits like some other employees.
