Leadership is engaged with all team members and listens to feedback/suggestions which improves the experience both internally and with the client base. Company culture is fun, professional and confident.

None that I can think of, we're growing fast so it will be exciting to have more team members join.

Was contracted to build social media presence from the ground up. When I began to implement a social and brand strategy that did not create results in the first few weeks, my contract was suddenly cancelled. Management has an unrealistic expectation of time necessary to build an entire social presence and get results that move customer acquisition.
