Pros
It's a tech start up company, so you're going to learn a lot from being in this company if you're searching for growth. Management is awesome as they have an open door policy, and are extremely approachable. Telzio offers great company culture such as unlimited PTO, dog friendly work place, happy hours, and daily lunches. They also offer dental and health. If you work hard, you can see the difference you make in the company and that itself is rewarding.
Cons
None so far....only thing I can think of is if you aren't adaptable, then this company isn't for you.
