      Excellent hands-on experience with large-scale, critical infrastructure (VMware, Windows Server, SANs). Talented and collaborative team members; good sense of camaraderie during projects and outages. Competitive salary and benefits for the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Stable company; good for building a resume and foundational skills in healthcare IT.

      Cons

      Slow-moving corporate bureaucracy made it difficult to implement new solutions quickly. IT infrastructure and tools were sometimes outdated due to lengthy approval processes. High-pressure environment during system outages; on-call duties could be demanding. Can feel like a "cog in the machine" within such a large organization.

      The director is rude and on a power trip, the US dept lead is a micromanage and the first one to throw you under the bus , the hospital is extremely busy and understaffed at all times, the director constantly undermines you as an employee. The other employees are very rude and it’s every man for themselves.
