Too much call, I was on call at least 14 days per month

Non come to my mind….

The director is rude and on a power trip, the US dept lead is a micromanage and the first one to throw you under the bus , the hospital is extremely busy and understaffed at all times, the director constantly undermines you as an employee. The other employees are very rude and it’s every man for themselves.
