Best part of the role, working in sales was getting to know my team. Training was provided almost entirely by your coworkers, and they were skilled at explaining the systems, and organization and thoroughly as one could hope for.
Patiently taking time away from their own tasks to assist anytime I had question, I am very grateful to them.

Poor Management, Ineffectual communications (In-house), A ever-changing list of rules that are updated weekly that hinder the sales process. Any rule you miss will be punished by management, affecting your monthly quota.

Avoid this company like the plague. Management were straight up abusive and take advantage of you constantly. The leadership is totally disorganized and it shows. Most employees leave in less than a year and for good reason. The positive reviews you see posted here are all fraudulent. I have had a lot of jobs and this one is up there as one of the worst I’ve ever had. My direct superior was completely fine with yelling at, embarrassing, and belittling me and my coworkers. The whole place is a mess. If you are a new graduate and this is one of your first office jobs, you can be deceived into believing it is a normal, functioning company in the beginning. As you work there longer and start to get the full picture, you will recognize that nearly EVERY aspect of this company is an absolute disaster. Pay is horrible. Training is actually ridiculous. They will give you as much work as they can possibly get away with and they do not care about you on any level. If you are thinking of applying for a job here, don’t. I cannot emphasize this enough, a job here is torture and you will absolutely regret it if you decide to ignore the bad reviews here.
