Pros

Wonderful people working in the store teams. Some of the best in the business.

Cons

-Executive Leadership is morally challenged and lacks honesty and integrity. -Input from employees is sought and then roundly dismissed, ridiculed and ignored. -Executive Leadership lacks the retail business acumen to be successful. -Qualified and intelligent people are not empowered to make decisions or to do the job that they were hired to do. Field leaders are expected to be nothing more than tools for the implementation of the woefully uninformed wishes of executive leaders. -Poor environment for women as there are NO women in executive leadership or in the ownership group. Women are treated dismissively and are passed over for well-earned promotions. -Executive leadership fails to provide strategic planning or direction of any kind. -Executive leadership is secretive and fails to provide the information and perspective needed to successfully accomplish the parameters of the given role. One cannot be held accountable when one does not have the information to make informed decisions. -Executive Leaders scapegoat and fire valued employees without even the illusion of due process. -Executive Leaders engage in bullying, scare-tactics and marginalization of employees. -Complete absence of trust. Organizations move at the speed of trust and trust is the most valuable commodity that ANY organization possesses.
