Pros
The mission of the work is admirable. The state organization forwarded comes across as polished and professional. Good benefits. Set hours and most people aren’t expected to do overtime.
Cons
There is a lot of drama and in-fighting between employees. Director-level staff don’t like change and weirdly like to keep secrets from their team. No opportunity for advancement.
