Serious abuses by upper management. Verbal abuse, control trips, insults, crazy town, targeting, discrimination. Toxic to the point of causing mental health trauma. No accountability, no help even when brought to attention of HR. One power trip chief officer hurts/abuses multiple good and dedicated people. How long will this be allowed? Cowardice at the top. Organization will suffer overall. Serious loss of trust and respect internally. Word is getting around to other organizations about abusive leaders and toxic culture. Damage to organization is certain.
