This is the best place I have ever worked. The people are amazing, and every day brings a new and interesting challenge. The team here has helped me grow professionally, presenting me with new and exciting challenges that have built my skills. I am always encouraged to explore new areas of professional growth. Cons
The hours can be long, and sometimes I have to jump into a project that I don't know much about and just figure it out. Those situations can be anxiety inducing, but I have found that those experiences are the most rewarding, and the ones from which I learn the most.
