The way the small company (less than 10 people!) is run has led to inefficiencies in client management and a toxic work environment. The Principals in charge don't let the junior staff have substantial responsibilities or a say in anything (except for proof reading and office supplies ordering). There is no career development or upward mobility here. Pay is well below industry standards. Stay away if you want to make use of your education and smarts.
