The community is amazing everyone is super nice

There doesn’t seem to be constant room for advancements mainly horizontal movement

There's a ~2% raise every year and a bonus in March/December. PTO starts at 19 days a year. 401k, dental, vision. This is a career spot for many analysts due to the ability to work 4am-12, 12-8, or a normal shift in between.

Everyone moves between labs so you can learn more but there's not a lot of vertical growth.
