      Pros

      Close to the mall. Insurance wasn't bad. Long lunch hours. You can leave work early to golf with the boys. You can get promoted to a managerial position if you're not competent in your present position. You can take shortcuts.

      Cons

      Very low salary. No motivation. Management unconcerned with employee satisfaction. Senior management will never care to know your name.

      The community is amazing everyone is super nice

      There doesn’t seem to be constant room for advancements mainly horizontal movement

      Pros

      There's a ~2% raise every year and a bonus in March/December. PTO starts at 19 days a year. 401k, dental, vision. This is a career spot for many analysts due to the ability to work 4am-12, 12-8, or a normal shift in between.

      Cons

      Everyone moves between labs so you can learn more but there's not a lot of vertical growth.
