As a consultant, the work is always changing and different. We get the feeling that we really do make a difference for our clients. The work ethic is highly professional, and talented, knowlegable people are hired and retained. It's nice to come to work in a friendly, supportive environment. The owners know a ton but don't take themselves too seriously. This allows everyone to learn a lot, if they are up for it.

Can be hectic at times, but that's true of all good jobs. Traffic can be brutal (but we sometimes work from home). Otherwise no cons.

Collaborative environment, growing organization, environment is fast paced and there is always something different. Clients are wonderful; The HR Manager establishes great rapport withe them; they become family. Small office environment, supportive of its employees; uses advanced technology and firm is always upgrading and improving, and you can learn a lot.

As any growing organization, some things fall through the cracks, but they are always picked up again. We still have great follow through with our clients and each other.
