      Pros

      As a consultant, the work is always changing and different. We get the feeling that we really do make a difference for our clients. The work ethic is highly professional, and talented, knowlegable people are hired and retained. It's nice to come to work in a friendly, supportive environment. The owners know a ton but don't take themselves too seriously. This allows everyone to learn a lot, if they are up for it.

      Cons

      Can be hectic at times, but that's true of all good jobs. Traffic can be brutal (but we sometimes work from home). Otherwise no cons.

      Pros

      Local office, with flexibility and the feeling that you are making a positive difference in others recruiting experience. You can try a lot of different things and be involved in driving the direction of the organization.

      Cons

      figuring out the highest priority and juggling the needs can be challenging as is typical in a growing company.
