      There are so many positives, particularly the people you work with.

      Cons

      Metrics are almost impossible. Often punitive coaching. Almost impossible to advance. Pay is low compared to competitors.

      Benefits, pay, flexibility and environment

      Cons

      High workload, minimal adjustments to metrics, lots of system issues, not enough active mentoring, terrible communication between departments/teams at times especially HR, employee benefits & claims, and management.
