Training doesn’t teach you anything you actually need to work Management doesn’t know and puts it on you to figure out Pissed out employees day and night. Hard working employees punished for slackers Slackers kissing boots so overlooked by management The pay compared to the work is mediocre Quarterly meetings to say how great the company is doing and greasing CEOs pockets meanwhile the bonuses are mid and locality pay isn’t offered There’s no consistency amongst leadership. One leader says one thing the next another which equals write ups.
