Need a new CEO! - Anonymous employee The Hartford Employee Review

Benefits have gone up, lost a week of PTO due to now not being able to purchase but leaders did decide to give an extra day however new people walking in the door are getting the same amount of time as I am. I have also lost 1k in hsa money and don't even get me started on the new RTO policy. All of the perks the Hartford are gone! I am guessing they want to do a soft layoff. I don't think they are going to have a problem.
