Great flexibility, as a college student I was able to work around my course schedule and earn some extra cash. The team had people from all walks of life and really felt like a family. It's an employee owned business - so after a few years I was even able to earn shares in the company.

Not a lot of room for upward growth, they do tend to promote from within but full time positions are hard to come by
