      Pros

      Working one-on-one with students allows for rapid, measurable progress. Great team of passionate, talented educators. Fast-paced work. No day is the same. Opportunities for advancement. Opportunities for involvement in business operations. Competitive pay for the field. Flexibility with scheduling. Chance to make a real difference in the lives of others!

      Cons

      Day-to-day changes in scheduling keep you on your toes (which I enjoy but have seen others struggle). Fewer benefits than working for a school district or something similar, but benefits continued to be added every year.

      Inconsistent help/mentoring for coaches. Many holes in company's communication. Underpaid for the rigor that is expected. Career advancement is over promised.
