Pros
Worked with some fantastic, smart, loving, hardworking people. I witnessed displays of teamwork and empathy that stay with me to this day. The clientele is generally easygoing.
Cons
It's the classic service job situation where the best employees are the employees that are overworked and treated the worst. This company appears to be owned by opiate-slinging monsters (the Sacklers) and pedophile defenders (Jeffrey Epstein's lawyer) who don't care about staff retention, fair pay, or providing adequate benefits. Family meal routinely gave us food poisoning. An employee who babysat for upper management assaulted another employee and wasn't fired because of their connections. Managers would frequently schedule doubles without employee consent. It would routinely happen that I worked a double without more than a ten minute break in between.
