And with an opportunity to exit. Nobody is a bad hire. Every person is unique and well suited in a particular set of circumstances. Cacti bloom in the desert. The arctic has its flora and fauna. But even a Ferrari cannot float or fly. Horses for courses. Unfortunately, during the early years, a startup needs a lot of attention. Ask young parents. They will tell you stories about sleepless nights and visits to the hospital, even for diarrhoea. Because diarrhoea, which is an inconvenience for adults, can kill a baby. You have to be a little crazy to work in a startup. Otherwise, you can go nuts. Like, we suppose you did. Our apologies. Remember, firefighters rush towards the fire, not run away from it. Even a person who take the first shuttle out and the last shuttle in is pulling more than 12 hours.
