Pros

I made quite a lot of friends in the company and we have a lasting relationship that is all.

Cons

You will surely get a lecture on integrity, hard work and the greatness of the founder, yes he has a superiority complex. He is paranoid about his employees as many have accused him of having a superiority complex and have left the company. When you are invited for an interview he will be super nice and you will feel that he is an amazing mentor which you will regret later. This is a tactic applied to employees so that they join the company and are bound with extremely harsh terms and conditions which if you agree to trust me you will regret. He thinks he is well known and has a tendency to micromanage and use the strategy of threatening people indirectly if they perform poorly. If you revolt you will be lectured on time management. I worked in the finance department. He tends to spend a lot of money on marketing but does not pay his employees well at all. This company is a pure scam! which you want to avoid at all costs!. One time I wanted to take a day off. He lectured me for like 2-3 hours on how time management is done. He even has an indirect tendency to harass women and objectifies them. This company is not women-friendly at all! He commented on me wearing shorts and has embarrassed me in front of the entire office

We appreciate you sharing your honest feedback. Listening to our team members, present or past and empowering them to share their ideas on how we can make TheRightDoctors a better place to work is important to us. It will however be unfair to let you level baseless allegations. You have mentioned " Medico Journalism" while posting this review and inside you say you have worked in the "finance department" ? At least review your review before posting. We all make hiring mistakes. You seem to be a good example. This is what you have said: One time I wanted to take a day off. He lectured me for like 2-3 hours on how time management is done. Our response: Did you get the day off ? Not clear. Leave is never refused unless people are habitual offenders and start springing requests of " marriages" and " travel" one day before, with little sensitivity to work schedules or others in the team. This is what you have said: He even has an indirect tendency to harass women and objectifies them. This company is not women-friendly at all! He commented on me wearing shorts and has embarrassed me in front of the entire office. Our response: We are an office, not the beach or poolside. Anyone coming to the office inappropriately dressed will get ticked off. That means no shorts/mini-skirts/tank tops and such like for ladies and banians and shorts/ lungis/ cargoes for the men. No flip flops. As a firm co founded by a woman, we give every possible opportunity to women candidates and there is no question of a bias before, during or after working with us. This is what you have said: "...extremely harsh terms and conditions which if you agree to trust me you will regret." Our response: Every contract we sign has an exit clause and those who apply go through a selection process and have ample time to contemplate the terms and conditions. We are happy you made good friends during your time with us so HR has not done such a bad job after all !!! The reality is that expectations change over a period of time and we aspire for higher and better things and that works at both company and individual levels. Both have an option to move on. Try not to lie and badmouth when you move. Move on if it does not work for you. There are other places waiting for you and other candidates waiting for an opportunity here. This is what you have said: "He is paranoid about his employees ..." Our Response: Thank you for the backhand compliment. In the startup world, only the paranoid survive... This is what you have said: "Switch over to become a professor..." Our Response: All founders tend to be professorial...giving 'gyan' to their teams...only time will tell whether we are successful. Start-Ups are not for the fainthearted. It is a tough journey and we are in it for the long haul. And reviews like yours do not make it easier. But we soldier on, looking at those who found it worthwhile and improving every day for our users. Thank you for your review. We wish you the very best. Team HR

Pros

-Supporting team but not all of them, other than that nothing. -You will get to know life is far better outside when you quit this company.

Cons

I see lot of people over here who gave their reviews but let me explain my experience -12 hours a day with six days a week is too much for any one. -No proper management is there -Due to heavy work load and less time people will intend to write buggish code which will effect them severely later on -No Holidays and leaves, even if you ask that for a valid reason, you need to convince the CEO for 30-40 minutes but you cannot -Toxic management need to update daily status for every 15 minutes, this is not a factory, everyone is educated here please pay the respect. -Spending time for 12 hours in this company is not good as you will copy paste work here, you can learn a lot more if you spend time for a week for these many hours and get into good companies. -Employees also should be professional should not do cleaning office and stuff if the boss is friendly and paying respect to you then it is fine but if he just treating you as a daily labour then it is not correct, have some self respect you will have some better opportunities outside -Dont know why people are joining here even after seeing the reviews may be because of their need but they can find many other opportunities outside

We appreciate you sharing your honest feedback. Listening to our team members, present or past, and empowering them to share their ideas on how to make TheRightDoctors a better place to work is vital. We have made some changes based on your feedback and making doubly sure, through video confirmation, that incoming candidates are made aware of what they are getting into upfront to prevent any surprises later. And with an opportunity to exit. Nobody is a bad hire. Every person is unique and well suited in a particular set of circumstances. Cacti bloom in the desert. The arctic has its flora and fauna. But even a Ferrari cannot float or fly. Horses for courses. Unfortunately, during the early years, a startup needs a lot of attention. Ask young parents. They will tell you stories about sleepless nights and visits to the hospital, even for diarrhoea. Because diarrhoea, which is an inconvenience for adults, can kill a baby. You have to be a little crazy to work in a startup. Otherwise, you can go nuts. Like, we suppose you did. Our apologies. Remember, firefighters rush towards the fire, not run away from it. Even a person who take the first shuttle out and the last shuttle in is pulling more than 12 hours. We wish you the very best and have no ill will and will continue to work harder, smarter, till we achieve our goals or die trying. And for all those who are reading this reply, remember you are forewarned. Join at your peril. We are looking for evidence of exceptional ability from candidates who are hungry and hard working. While we take our weekly off and working hours very seriously, please join only if what you have applied for is your idea of fun, not work. Do not apply if you are looking for a work-life balance. When you are having fun, where is the question of work, in the classical sense of the word? We are a crazy bunch of people who iterate even in our dreams and are looking for similar dysfunctional team members !!! Working( oops! having fun) at our place will accelerate your preparedness for a distorted version of the real world. Mind-numbing. Backbreaking. Sweat. Blood. And Tears. Not for the faint-hearted. Yet fun and highly rewarding in its own way if you are ready for it. Are you? Team HR, TheRightDoctors

Thank you for your feedback. As a matter of record, so far, salaries/stipends have never been delayed. In your case, you had not signed off on your handover documents and your file could be processed only after receiving the same. The notice period is as per written contract accepted and signed at the time of joining. Thank you for being part of our team and your contribution. We wish you the very best.
