Money minded, high expectations, bad customer support system, poor turn around time, ignoring patient queries

Cons

Bad administration, uneducated managers, under qualified staff, not empathetic towards patient, patient support department only solves queries with requirement of expensive medicines

Pros

Located right in the center of Amsterdam, it was great to work with a group of expats, such as myself. It was a big welcome to the city and it gave me the opportunity to make such good friends. On top of that, the work itself is very rewarding - it's the best feeling to be able to connect and help patients everyday!

Cons

Although very rewarding, the job is also hard because, unfortunately, we can't help every patient. So, there are some frustrating and less happy moments.
