somehow they manage to hire good people, partially because they are located in Amsterdam. if you really need the job, go for it. also keep looking for something else and leave at the first opportunity.
Cons
incompetent management, they have no clue about what they are doing. oh.. and the CEO is a sociopath.

Money minded, high expectations, bad customer support system, poor turn around time, ignoring patient queries
Cons
Bad administration, uneducated managers, under qualified staff, not empathetic towards patient, patient support department only solves queries with requirement of expensive medicines
