Pros
Most people genuinely care about their job and the efforts show. Some of the infrastructure is the best in class, community is encouraged, and the internal branding is impressive.
Cons
It is like most large companies it is slightly understaffed in key groups. The correct way to ask for something basic (e.g. a seat for a new hire) isn't made clear. The career path is based on your relationships more then anything else...your review doesn't lead to much.
